For fantasy premier league managers the goalkeeping slot has been a bone of contention over recent weeks with very few sides managing to keep clean sheets on a regular basis.
There has been one exception to that rule with Manchester United’s David de Gea picking up six clean sheets in a row, but with United set to welcome their noisy neighbours to Old Trafford this weekend it looks a tad risky to bank on another United clean sheet.
With that said there are still viable goalkeeping options for fantasy managers to consider ahead of round 32 of the Irish Times Fantasy Premier League and as usual our coaches are on hand to narrow down your options and give you there insight into this weekend’s best prospects.
Lukasz Fabianski (Arsenal) £4.0 million Fixture: West Brom (Away)
The Polish international who has played twenty one times for his country achieved his first clean sheet away to Swansea and was unlucky to concede at home to Reading last weekend and Fabianski looks set to continue between the sticks as Arsenal prepare to travel to West Brom this weekend.
Rob Elliot (Newcastle) £3.3 million Fixture: Fulham (Home)
Since his introduction Elliott is still looking for his first Clean sheet of the season but did get an assist against Southampton for Papiss Cisse’s wonder goal against the saints.
