Having been hotly tipped heading into round 31 of the Irish Times Fantasy Premier League the Spanish international didn’t disappoint as he notched up a goal and an assist against Reading last time out.
Looking ahead to this weekend’s fantasy action the Gunners head to the Hawthorns to take on West Brom and we are expecting more of the same from the former Málaga man.
Cazorla has picked up four goals and an assist in his last five games and looks to be bang on form heading into the weekend.
Arsenal who are were with out Theo Walcott last weekend showed no signs of missing him and in fact looked more threatening with Cazorla running the show from the midfield.
The Gunners find themselves two points off a Champions League spot behind Chelsea and with the Blues set to face a Sunderland side fighting to stay out of the drop zone under the guidance of their new managers a win for Arsenal could see them over take Chelsea should Benitez’s men slip up.
West Brom of course are no slouches but having gone down 3-1 to West Ham last time out it looks like the wheels could be coming off the Baggies bandwagon and their season set to peter out.
The Baggies have not managed a clean sheet at home since round 10 when they beat Southampton 2-0 and with the Gunners and Cazorla on a charge for Champions League football this week looks like an ideal time to draft the Spaniard in if you haven’t already done so.
