Jan Vertonghen has scored Three Goals and an Assist in his last two Premier League Away games

Jan Vertonghen is a player who we have talked about on a weekly basis since his arrival into the Premier League last summer. Although he was a slow starter when it came to getting attacking points, Jan Vertonghen has certainly found his feet with another goal and assist away to Swansea last weekend.

Although the Belgium International is not collecting clean sheets at the rate you would want from a fantasy footballer at his price his attacking returns are phenomenal. From the back he has managed five goals, two assists and seven clean sheets so far this season has seen managers who have invested in him receive a return in 50% of the Premier League games he has played.

Tottenham have games coming that will give Vertonghen the opportunity to add to his impressive return in his first season of Premier League football. Fantasy Football managers should note that Tottenham have no fixture in round 33 of the Irish Times Fantasy Premier League.
