Monday’s Managers Notes: Sissoko shines

After our recent look at the fantasy potential of Newcastle’s new midfielder Moussa Sissoko it looks like everything is going to plan for Alan Pardew and his new influx of French talent.

Sissoko is quickly establishing himself as a key protagonist for Alan Pardew’s side for the remainder of the season.

The latest advanced midfielder that has seen him play in “the hole” behind Papiss Cisse will have certainly caught the eye of plenty of would be fantasy investors.

While a trip to Tottenham looks tricky next Saturday the fixtures begin to even out for Newcastle over the coming weeks and they will certainly help the Magpie’s potential of getting clear of the relegation dog fight.

Sissoko is afforded a superb run of fixtures to continue to shine as he faces off against Southampton, Stoke, Fulham and Sunderland at St James Park with trips to Swansea and Wigan sandwiched in between in the next six.
