Mark Bunn was on hand to earn the Canaries only their third point from the last 24 on offer when he denied Adel Tarrabt from the spot after he was adjudged to have brought down Jamie Mackie.
While the Canaries are firing blanks up front at the back they are beginning to look like the well organised out fit we saw in the early half of he season, the 0-0 draw on Saturday.
That result means that Norwich have now kept seven clean sheets this season with Bunn claiming two in the last four as he continues to deputise for the injured Ruddy.
With five of those seven clean sheets coming at Carrow Road fantasy managers may be interested to know that Norwich now go into an very good run of games.
The Canaries welcome Fulham, Everton and Southampton in three of their next four meaning that Bunn could be inline for more points even if his side can’t buy a goal at the moment.
