With this weekend’s fantasy football action fast approaching fantasy premier league managers will be pleased to see that there were no fresh injury concerns reported after Wednesday night’s premier league and F.A Cup action. In fact there are quite a number of players who look set to make returns this weekend, Villa’s Ron Vlaar looks set to return after he was forced to sit out the last 9 weeks through injury, there is also good news for Fulham and owners of Dimitar Berbatov after Martin Jol revealed that both he, Sidwell and Ruiz are all in contention for this weekend’s trip to Manchester City.

There has also been news from the Chelsea camp with Rafa Benitez announcing that John Terry is unlikely to feature this weekend due to lack of match fitness, which will come as good news to those who have a vested interest in Cesar Azpilicueta, with the Spaniard likely to continue his run in the first team in Terry’s continued absence. Andy Wilkinson remains a doubt ahead of Stoke’s fixture this weekend after the defender had to receive injections in his back, while Brendan Rogers admits that Daniel Sturridge is very close to full match fitness ahead of the visit of Norwich this weekend.
