Manchester City travelled to St.James Park and beat Newcastle 3-1 to leave the Magpies only two points above the relegation zone. The first half was magnificent by Manchester City and they produced the most creative player last weekend in the form of David Silva

Tottenham were very threatening against Swansea despite only managing a 1-0 victory thanks to a goal from Jan Vertonghen, but it is the supplier that interests us more. The Belgium’s defensive right back partner Kyle Walker got the assist for Tottenham’s goal and was the most creative defender in the Premier League last weekend.

Kyle Walker had ten crosses, created six chances and had three attempts on goal. This form will make the Tottenham defender an attractive fantasy football option as he collected the clean sheet against Swansea too. Defensively Tottenham have looked poor but recently they have improved with two clean sheets in three games compared with just two clean sheets in their first fourteen premier league games. It should be noted that Caulker was dropped last weekend and Benoit Assou Ekotto is due to return which means the Englishman may lose his place.
