As we close in on the beginning of round 14 of the Irish Times Fantasy Premier League it is time to consider your captain. Carlos Tevez was close to being tipped as Captain this week but after being rotated last weekend away to Chelsea and starting from the bench for the second game in a row he is a somewhat risky option but we do however expect the Argentine to add to his 6 goals and 8 assists for the season this week and another player who nearly made the Captain Tips was Jermain Defoe who scored two goals against former club West Ham on Sunday afternoon, read more about last week here (Check Out Our Recent Manager Notes Article)
