The most important decision a fantasy manager has to make each week is who to hand the armband to? Round 10 see’s Arsenal travel to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United in Saturday’s early kickoff. Chelsea welcome Wigan to the Bridge and Totttenham welcome Wigan to White Hart Lane in game that never fails to provide excitement and goals and it is to these three games we look for this weekends captain tips.

Robin Van Persie has been in blistering form so far this season and despite the visit of his former employers this weekend he is sure to be in the thick of it as he looks to add to his 7 goals already this season. The Dutch master will be hoping to show his class and style as Arsene Wenger calls on fans to show the Dutch master respect during this weekend’s game.

Juan Mata is another that seems to be ever present in our captain tips and when you look at his form it is easy to see why the Spaniard has impressed over recent weeks and despite facing tough opposition in Tottenham and Manchester United in the last two weeks he has still found his way onto the score sheet, this weekend’s clash against Wigan will see Mata and co go up against a 3 man defense and look to get back to winning ways in the league after their victory in the Capital One Cup.

Jermain Defoe is another who has been on the radar over the last few weeks, Defoe now boasts 5 goals and 3 assist so far this season and with the return of Emmanuel Adebayor ever imminent he will be looking to further stake his claim as the number one striker at White Hart Lane.Tottenham have scored without fail at the Lane this season and Defoe will be keen to keep that stat going this weekend.

Can Van Persie continue his gaol scoring form against his former club?
