After all the talk about Robin Van Persie ahead of Everton hosting Manchester United everyone was talking about Marouane Fellaini after he scored and inspired the Toffees to beat Manchester United 1-0.

The Everton midfielder was excellent and put in a performance similar to his last match against Manchester United at Old Trafford towards the back end of last season that help Everton snatch a draw and ultimately cost the Red Devils their 20th league title.

Is Fellaini a good Fantasy Football investment?

Despite being classified as a midfielder the Belgium international played upfront ahead of Jelavic and was excellent at causing both Vidic and Carrick problems all night.

Fellaini created three goal scoring opportunities for team mates along with having six attempts on goal. His Fantasy Football threat was massive against last season’s runners up. The big question is are we about to witness a good start to a premier league season for Everton?

Next 3 Fixtures

Everton take on Aston Villa at Villa Park this weekend followed by another trip to the midlands to face West Brom before hosting Newcastle in their 4th game.

With these fixtures and the form Fellaini is showing he is definately worth considering for your fantasy football team.
