fairly numerous: Munster, S Leinster. Ir. Ó h-Anragáin, a corruption of Ó h-Anradháin, according to Woulfe. Septs: Clare, Laois, W Meath, W Cork. There was also a W Cork name, Ó h-Odhragáin, to contribute to the confusion.
Hourihane
fairly numerous: Almost all in Cork. Ir. Ó h-Anradháin. Woulfe gives anradh as warrior, champion. See also Hourigan. SGG.
