Ar ndóigh, b'é Raymond le Gros, a tháinig le Strongbow, an ceann sinseartha agus bhí siad chun tosaigh i Loch Garman ó shoin i leith. Bhí John E. Redmond: Very numerous: mainly South East but also E Ulster, Dublin etc. An Irish version of Raymond, gaelicised Réamonn. A branch of the Burkes of Connacht became Mac Redmond, q.v. Also a distinguished family of Wexford, of whom John E Redmond, the last leader of the Irish Party in the British House of Commons. IF.
